Stretch class is designed to provide athletes important techniques needed to create the flexibility needed to perform desired skills. The expectation is that your athlete learn these techniques and execute them at least 3 days a week outside of the class time. This class is not for flyers only. Everyone can benefit from added flexibility. It will allow for added strength and a reduction for injuries.
